Twenty-two independent in-person symposia will be held in Palazzo dei Congressi or at the Auditorium, West Campus USI from 17 to 19 June 2025 with live streaming on the 18-ICML website. Symposia are open to all 18-ICML registered participants and recordings will be available on-demand after the Conference (subject to permission).

The ICML Exhibition Area is located in the Marquee Parco Ciani, a temporary structure directly connected to the Palazzo dei Congressi.
The opportunity to exhibit is an integral part of the Conference as the exhibition area will be a major hub of activity, hosting the poster and the overflow areas, and welcoming the participants during lunch and coffee breaks: for the first time, the area will be open from Tuesday, 17 June to Friday, 20 June.
