Twenty-two independent in-person symposia will be held in Palazzo dei Congressi or at the West Campus, Auditorium USI from 17 to 19 June 2025 with live streaming on the 18-ICML website. Symposia are open to all 18-ICML registered participants and recordings will be available on-demand after the Conference (subject to permission).
 

The ICML Exhibition Area is located in the Parco Ciani Marquee, a temporary structure directly connected to the Palazzo dei Congressi.
The opportunity to exhibit is an integral part of the Conference as the exhibition area will be a major hub of activity, hosting the poster and the overflow areas, and welcoming the participants during lunch and coffee breaks.
The size of the Marquee favours face-to-face interaction and, for the first time, the area will be open from Tuesday, 17 June  to Friday, 20 June.

A limited number of meeting rooms in Palazzo dei Congressi can be rented on daily basis to hold private meetings during Conference week (from Monday, 16 June  to Saturday, 21 June).
The rooms’ capacity ranges from 12 to 100 seats, offering a theatre, boardroom and U-shape room.
Basic technical equipment is included in the rental fee.

Interesting and important educational opportunities (to support  the ICML-ESMO Course or THE BIG DEBATE and the live streaming of the Scientific and Industry Programmes) are available to enhance and amplify visibility and commitment, in addition to in-person or virtual branding options, both during and after the Conference.
